I can’t find the FNB One Account in the Fee calculator?

Are some channels more expensive than others?
Channels such as branches and Agent Assisted Telephone Banking involve human interaction, and this makes them more expensive than the completely electronic channels such as Internet Banking, Cellphone Banking and ATMs
Why don’t the fee calculator columns add up?
Some products and pricing options include a number of free transactions as part of the package, or dependent on whether a certain minimum balance is maintained. In these cases the free transactions are taken into account in the overall fee calculation. So even if the individual transactions have prices next to them, the total may be zero or less than the column total because of the free transactions.
How can I reduce my bank charges?
As a general rule, by using electronic channels instead of ones involving human interaction (such as branches and operator assisted telephone banking) you can save a considerable amount in bank charges. You can use the FNB Fee calculator to understand which channels are the cheapest, by adding and removing different transaction types and viewing the different prices for the different transaction types. You can also call the FNB Pricing Line on 0860 11 22 44 where one of our specialist consultants can give you specific advice and answer any questions you may have.
How can I change the pricing option on my account?
Please call the FNB Pricing Line on 0860 11 22 44 and one of our specialist consultants can change your pricing option while you’re on the line.
How often can I change the pricing option on my account?
You can change the pricing option on your account up to once a month.
Is VAT included in the prices shown in the FNB Fee Calculator?
Yes, VAT is included in all of the pricing quoted here.
What happens to the price if I don’t keep a minimum balance
On most pricing options, the minimum balance has no effect on the total bank charges you pay, however certain products (such as the Encore cheque account) and the Fee Saver Pricing options do require a minimum balance. In these special cases, if the required minimum balance is not maintained, then you would not receive the free transactions and would be charged for them.
